Having been an avid runner. A jog round the local park or street was becoming a bit tedious. I needed a fresh challenge so I decided to join Adam Jones Fitness. I enrolled on a fitness programme doing gym based exercises. I had a one to one consultation with Adam regarding my nutrition and my personal goals. He designed an exercise plan that catered to my individual needs, ability and affordability and one that I could work around my working life. Adam made my exercise plan fun, exciting and challenging. In came a whole load of new stuff and a whole new life in gym based activities and jargon proceeded. My level of fitness has greatly improved and so has my balance and my core strength. Adam is a great personal trainer who instils self-belief in you so you can reach your own personal goals. Nearly a year on I’m still with Adam Jones Fitness and still get time to run the odd 10k race now and again.
