When I first met Adam I wasn’t sure he would want to take on a forty something overweight, unfit married woman. But I was wrong, he took me on and changed my whole outlook on health and fitness.
With his patience enthusiasm and motivation, he taught me that I could do so many things that I never thought possible. Adam is a fantastic trainer and if he can teach me to run, box, lift over 60kg and change my view on food, he can do it for anyone. He makes exercise fun.
