I first came to see Adam after having a minor heart operation to lose weight and build up my fitness levels – three years later, I’ve never looked back! With the help of Adam, I’ve ran four half marathons, competed in two CrossFit competitions and I’m currently training for my first powerlifting competition. I’ve lost over two stone in weight, grown in confidence and my strength is increasing week by week.
