I play football for Morecambe Football Clubs youth team. At the beginning and the end of the season, I went to Adam to maintain and improve my fitness, in particular, endurance, balance and overall strength.
Over an 8 week period, I had one hour sessions 3 times a week. After the time I spent with Adam, the improvements were significant especially in the target areas above. Adam is a great trainer and gave me loads of helpful tips on exercises that I could do in my own time. Adam also helped me with my diet – what I should and shouldn’t be eating and drinking. As a result, I lost 13 pounds of fat.
Between myself and Adam, we reduced an already impressive 8:46 1.5 miles run to 7:55. The 2 tests were done within 4 weeks of each other so these are some impressive results. Well done!
