I started to learn how to paddleboard on the North Sea, but I knew I needed to become stronger and get fitter at the same time.
I started searching for a PT in Carlisle, where I came across Adam.
I had never been to a gym before and I really didn’t know what to expect or if I would actually manage all the different exercises.
I have had Adam as a 1-2-1 PT for a year now, and I am so pleased I found him, as over the past year I have seen a big change in myself both physically and mentally, and I am much stronger and fitter than I used to be!
I can’t thank Adam enough for the progress I have made so far, and I really look forward to my 2 weekly 1-2-1 PT sessions.
Adam plans each session and are different each week, so you don’t know what to expect, but whatever the session is I come away feeling great and feeling some sort of achievement!
Adam is a great guy and supports you all the way.
