Training with Adam is fantastic! He knows just how hard to push you in each session and believes in your abilities when you don’t believe in them yourself. He plans every session each week taking in to account any personal goals and also any health issues. Each session is different and the variety keeps things interesting. The added bonus is he’s a really nice guy who genuinely cares about his clients.
Since I started training with Adam I have doubled the weight I can squat, deadlift and bench press! I have so much more confidence and it feels so good to feel strong and have muscles where the wobbly bits used to be! I love my weekly PT sessions and I can’t recommend Adam highly enough!
